Room we booked originally smelled like mold. Very noisy, not very nice, very disappointing. We were going to leave but the staff found us another room which worked out great for one night. It was very nice. We weren't able to stay the whole time we booked unfortunately because of no available room that wasn't moldy smelling. But the nice staff didn't charge us for the rooms booked we weren't able to stay which was great- really appreciated that.

I loved EVERYTHING about the stay! The beach was dreamy. The view was spectacular. The location couldn’t have been better. I will be back.

The mosquitos but it’s a jungle so it’s expected.

Location is excellent the views from the beach area is a 10 but the hotel rooms are old they need a lot of attention , we didn't eat or drink as the food and drinks are expensive, last day we decided to get an order of french fries for my kid before we checked out as he was hungry .. $200 pesos for small order of fries when I saw a day earlier they sold them for $100 , so staff basically wanted to make some money. If you want a great view at the beach this is nice but for the price you pay you can get something better

The whole team working there was outstanding and extremely friendly. From Reception to the Restaurant, to the Beach Club and also the Cleaners and Security. Everyone does a great job and makes us feel extremely welcome. For my mom and me it was our third time here and we will be back for sure many times and always book Las Estrellas when we are in Tulum. It feels like home already. Friends of us also stayed here and really enjoyed it. The location is also perfect and parking with our car was also easy. Breakfast was also wonderful, especially with the close proximity to the beach, the friendly staff and the great taste. Sun Beds are also some of the very best in Tulum. Love this place and recommend it to everyone:)

The salted water in the shower. Not steady temperature in shower. You either burn or freeze cold yourself.

Great location. Needs maintenance. Next door club extremely loud.

Bad service. Beach towels never available. Food mostly not available at the restaurant. They could only serve a portion of the menu, the rest was never available. One of the days, no water during the night.
