Location, direct beach access, quiet property with not too many villas onsite.

Cleanliness of room, staff standing at the entrance way all the time, beach club dining not up to standard, the pool was not inviting to swim in at all, there was no hot water most of the time

Perfect Location.

No hot water for showering. Water was freezing. We were told multiple times that the problem was going to be fixed and it never was. We were unable to shower during our stay. We were not offered another room to shower or any financial reimbursement for our uncomfortable stay. Very disappointed.
