I like Tracy she is very nice, the maintenance guy was very nice also!!

No cleaning service at all. You have to treat it like it’s your apartment which means you get your own toiletries, cooking utensils, trash bags, broom & mop, wash your own sheets, get your own towels! Rooms are not as pictured! Very disappointing if you’re on vacation!

They shut the water off the second day I was there. I wasn't able to shower and I didn't feel safe mainly because someone took food from an unopened container in my room, so I knew someone has been in my room while I was gone.

"I’ll never stay here again"

The whole bottom level has plumbing issues the toilets didn’t flush it was horrible staying there and they gave me a single bed instead of double beds that I reserved

It was dirty
