"worst customer service"

very poor and went to check in and there was no one there I demanded a refund. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They had a phone number on the door and no one answered and they said they are there until 7 and no one was there and a guest staying there told me it happens all the time.

Uhhh, I think anything I have to say has already been said on Ramsey's Hotel Hell. Diretly across from a trucking depot. Dirty, like prom night back seat of your ex's car dirty, you know the kind. Rude staff. That and Savannah proper has similar priced places minus the hills have eyes vibe. Something nice... they have a nice drive thru chinese place up the street? I got nothin'

"Buyer Beware!"

Needed budget friendly accommodations in this particular area for a week, $350 seemed reasonable when compared to other nearby hotels where you'll spend that much for 3 nights. You get what you pay for so buyer beware. This place is filthy and outdated. This place appears to never have been cleaned. I believe the extent of cleaning for this establishment is wiping down. The carpet and floors are the nastiest! Wear shoes/slippers at all times (including in shower) or you will regret it. The shower handle was backwards so you had to turn to cold for hot water and hot for cold water. The wifi is spotty at best and pretty much a waste of time because the signal drops repeatedly. Bed, TV, air conditioning, and refrigerator were all decent but pillows are terrible and microwave was disgusting. Overall, if you just need a place to lay your head, this could work for you. Bring cleaning supplies upon arrival and plan to do a little scrubbing. If you plan to utilize the kitchenette, bring pots/pans, and etc., as none are provided. Oh, and you don't get housekeeping or fresh towels, one set is provided for the duration of your stay, which you get to keep for whatever that's worth. You have to wash them if you want them to be fresh. My recommendation, spend the extra money or shop around for better accomodations.

"Speechless"

This was the worst experience ever!!! I am one that never leaves reviews but after what I experienced yesterday, I feel it definitely deserves one. So check in time is stated from 3-11 however we get a phone call saying they're short staffed and cannot check in until after 4. Ok, no problem right. We arrive at the hotel at 4 and no one is at the front desk. With several people all waiting, they tell us that this is normal. That everyday is hard to pay rent or god forbid you have an emergency and need someone at front desk, your screwed. So we sat there until 5:35 waiting on someone to come attend the front desk. Once the rude man at the desk arrives back to the property (Yeah 2.5 hours from original check in time), sends us up to look at one of their newly renovated rooms. Uh yeah not true. Only thing renovated is the Tv. This room was so filthy. Dirt on the bed and I mean dirt everywhere. The refrigerator is from the 70's. The toilet and shower looked like something out of a scary movie. No door knob on bathroom at all. I was legit snarling my face by the time I walked out and very speechless that you think someone would actually stay in that filth. So we go back to the desk ( remind you we've been sitting for 2.5 hours just for the front desk to come in and do his job. Not sure where the hell he was but he completely left the property and locked up during normal business check in times). Once we get back to the office, this so called professional Daniel Henry was absolutely the nastiest, rude, un unapologetic person that I've ever dealt with basically tells us it is what is it and not his problem at all. No apology for even the wait let along for showing me that nightmare of a room. Let's just say by this time, I'm livid. I got corporates number and will guarantee they won't like how unprofessional and disgusting this property is. I am calling first thing Monday morning. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NASTIEST, DISGUSTING PLACE THAT I HAVE EVER WALKED INTO. TAKE MY ADVICE AND STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

"Mucus on shower stall wall!"

Told management over a 5-day period about a 2" - 3", finger-wide streak of mucus in shower stall, about shoulder high. Had a hair in it. Even left post-it note for maid. Maid either ignored it or lied about cleaning it. Also brown stain spots near towel rack, like splattered maple syrup. TV cable cord was cut in half upon arrival. No batteries in remote control. Attention to detail among cleaning and room preparation staff is poor. Window AC needed replacement, as heater was inoperable. Extremely dirty AC filter. Took photos. Cockroach in bathroom on Day 4. Noisy neighbors. Black families think they own the place. Doors slamming shut at 5 a.m. Courtesy officer on site does not answer phone. No bed pads on mattress, just plastic cover under bedsheet: causes one to sweat. Motel at busy intersection with truck and train activity as early as 4 a.m. Young gentleman in front office seems genuinely interested in addressing problem, but delegates without any follow-up. Jaqueline seems overwhelmed and ready for a new job, but displays cheery attitude. Bottom line: it's a 2-star hotel, akin to Motel 6, but without daily towel service.

"Absolutely Filthiest Hotel EVER"

If I could zero stars, I would. Checked in Saturday to a filthy room. Floor was so dirty we were slipping in our shoes. No one at front desk during hours posted. Door had been jimmied, insecure room for 48 hours. Horrible customer service, no one responded to our issues. Toilet was clogged. Sink was cracked. Drug deals in the parking lot. Feral cats roaming. I watched a biscuit left on the ground outside DISINTEGRATE because it was left so long. Only redeeming characteristic? No bedbugs. That's the best thing I can say for it.

"Great location"

Room is updated new furniture, comfortable beds and super fast wifi...Applebees right in front and convenient to downtown Savannah and shopping etc. Is geared to weekly rentals as there are many in area who travel for week. Rooms have two burner stove and full size fridge...Have recommended to all my co-workers...will definitely stay again.

"Sub-standard Property"

I stayed at In Town Suites for 12 days in June, 2016, a couple of months ago. I am an avid traveler and this was the worst experience I have ever encountered with a hotel property in my 35 years of traveling. I accepted a temporary assignment in Savannah from out of state for 3 months and needed extended stay lodging. This property was nightmare!!! (1) The housekeepers did not clean the rooms on a weekly basis. When they did attempt to clean my room after I reported it to the manager on several occasions, they did not empty trash, sweep or mop floors. They glossed over the bathroom as well leaving the shower and basin dirty. (2) The elevators were filthy and had graffiti on the inside and outside surfaces. (3) The grounds were not well kept and consistently had cigarettes butts, trash and food in the courtyard. I called the corporate office and reported the conditions leaving a voicemail. No one ever returned my call to follow up. I stayed for 12 days only to give the manager and staff an opportunity to turn this situation around to no avail. The price for value is no match!! This property is definitely overpriced for the value!! I would never stay again and would never recommend this property to anyone! If you are a trucker and just need somewhere to sleep for a night, this may be the place for you.
