InTown Suites Extended Stay Savannah GA

I really enjoyed my stay. It was cut short due to my financial situation but I think I would return. I did not encounter any strange or smoking odors in the room. I also didn't encounter any strange people or crack smokers. The hotel is committed to the safety of guests. There were times that I went to the car for something, at night and still felt safe. The kitchenette was small but functional and I loved the fridge. You can even pay online. Nice stay.

This was the worse place I have ever stayed. We tried to save money for our annual St. Patrick's Day trip and it was a disaster. Had to clean the bathroom before I would use it and it was full of smoke smell. We took our sheets and had them washed... I think the people above us was smoking crack the whole time and we kept the door propped open when in the room. Safe?? Didn't feel threatened if that counts. If you use drugs this might be the place for you!

the stale cigarette stench when the door was opened was horrendous. I went down and asked if they had a non smoking room to which she replied they didn't have such a thing, it was guest preference. she then handed me a bottle of "smoke screen" and told me to spray it in the ac and on the curtains. not only that we had to wash our sheets before getting in bed, buy our own toilet paper and furnish our own towels. the girl at the desk directed us to the dollar general for that. we spent a lot of time with windows and doors open to air out the room with no luck. so now I get to put the stale cigarette smoke smelling stuff in the back of the new car I just bought so it can also accumulate the odor. terrible experience.

I stayed there for 3 months. The entire staff was friendly & professional. This was my first time at an extended stay and I expected I would stay only long enough to find an apartment. But I felt safe enough and the room was clean enough (for an extended stay) that it wasn't worth the hassle of moving. Nice location with laundry on site and restaurants nearby. If you prefer to cook there is a kitchenette w/2 burners and nice sized fridge with/freezer.

This room smelled terrible, but ok I'm a non smoker and they are all smoking rooms. Regardless, I came back from work on cleaning day to find my door was not closed, but leaning closed as in about 2 inches from being closed. I know 100% that i completely closed it before leaving. I don't know how long it was left open and had to go through everything to see if anything was missing. The general manager and his assistant stood firm that they were not responsible for my property as stated on the contract. I replied that I understand that policy but that a cleaning lady leaving my room open did not fall within their normal policy. They continued to disregard anything I was saying and told me they would make sure it didn't happen again. Try we're unpleasant and uncaring to my insecurity and inconvenience. I would rather sleep in my car next time!
