It was clean after i complained

staff is trashy and don't care about those staying

I am not sure, this was cancelled before I could even stay. In fact, I was sent a text message 2 hours before check in stating my booking was cancelled. Absolutely terrible service, the only response I got when I called was, "sorry it's not in our control if someone stays." Not acceptable, especially since it was a TEXT cancellation 2 hours before my check in. Thankfully I did find and stayed at another hotel and currently booking for 3 weeks elsewhere. It was affordable.

Beware you have to check in before they close in the evening. Seems to generally be around 7pm. They are not responsive on the phone. Also they will give away the reservation by 4pm per the front desk person I spoke with the day of the reservation if you havent checked in. Also—booking.com does not fully list these policies. It makes it seem like any other motel to check in. It is not.

Rooms missing toilet paper, bed sheet and towels. Ridiculous amount of noise and domestic violence taking place on a nightly basis.

The breakfast was good plenty of food there the location was good for me about 10-15 min from work.
