Good location and very nicely designed boutique hotel. We had the junior suite with balcony. Excellent finishes including marble flooring, mosaic in shower, wooden ceilings, wall paneling, mirrored walls and free standing bath in the bedroom.

Cleaning needs to be taken more seriously. Toilet was not clean, there was hair from previous guests near the basins, drawers had dust and fluff. My wife was freaking out and ended up sanitising everything before using anything. Serious money was spent on this highly finished hotel and it's a pity to have your reputation ruined because of something so basic in hospitality.

"As there is no front desk it was difficult to resolve issues."

Breakfast and staff were great. Location was ideal.

Room was very noisy above a street cafe. Despite two email requests the cold water tap in the bathroom which was broken was not fixed. Consequently no cold water.
