"Beautiful boutique hotel, quirky bathroom layout"

Lovely boutique hotel with great breakfast. Comfortable beds and friendly staff.

The shower and toilet are both only separated from the bed area by smoked glass, so not the place to stay if you prefer a little privacy for your ablutions!

Buchung und Bezahlung der Unterkunft war problemlos. Dann wurde uns mitgeteilt, das wir vor dem Zugangscode noch ein Formular ausfüllen müssen. Da wir dieses Formular nicht erhalten haben, haben wir mehrfach angefragt über Booking und direkt beim Anbieter. Wir haben jedoch keine Antwort erhalten. Bei der Ankunft funktionierte die Klingel mit Video nicht. Gemäss dem Restaurant unten hatten auch andere Kunden Probleme! Also versuchten wir den Anbieter telefonisch zu erreichen. Ohne Erfolg. Deshalb mussten wir über Booking zusätzlich eine andere Unterkunft buchen. Danach wurde uns ein Code übermittelt, dies war dann zu spät. Bis heute haben wir vom Anbieter keine Antwort auf unsere Anfragen erhalten, sondern nur automatisierte allgeine Mitteilungen! So etwas haben wir bei Booking noch nie erlebt! Wir verlangen dehalb die vollständige Rückerstattung!!!!
