Aby otrzymać kod do domofonu oraz wejść do apartamentu trzeba było stoczyć wojnę z obsługą, która najpierw starała się wmówić, że kod jest w mailu następnie po udowodnieniu faktu, że żaden kod nie przyszedł - zaczęli się tłumaczyć, że to booking nie wysłał... Finalnie po dużych bojach otrzymałem kod na Whatsapp...

A localização é excelente, mesmo de frente para o rio Ave e muito perto do mar que permitiu uma excelente caminhada. O espaço muito acolhedor com sofisticação. O pequeno almoço com excelente oferta e servido carinhosamente no momento

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of the river. Great breakfast prepared by.Bernadete. She is super friendly and provided lots of fruit and all kinds of breakfast goodies. The room was spacious, and very well decorated. Clean and in a nice location. We would highly recommend this place, even though it is quite a ways from Porto. There is a metro station nearby and we took the train into Porto.

A pessoa responsável pela receção dos hóspedes e pela garantia do nosso conforto durante os 4 dias da nossa estadia, Dª Bernardete, foi muito atenciosa, super disponível, atenta. Enfim, fez tudo com brio e dedicação. A localização do hotel de charme é mesmo em frente ao rio, no centro e perto da praia, e tem uma vista linda do quarto e da sala do pequeno almoço.

O colchão poderia ser melhor. A iluminação no quarto e na sala das refeições é muito fraca. Se precisarmos de trabalhar no quarto ou na sala de refeições, esta unidade hoteleira não está preparado para tal. Tivemos que pagar coworking no AC Villa, que recomendamos. Ou, em alternativa, na biblioteca de V Conde - não foi tão confortável mas tb resolveu.

O espaço é muito bonito, com requinte. Têm uma vista muito bonita. Muito bom gosto. Adorei.
