We paid for a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. We get there and one of the showers doesn’t work nor does the microwave. It took two days for abode to do anything about it when they finally offered us an identical apartment on another floor. We switch rooms and the showers work and the microwave works but the bedframe collapses in the middle while we’re sleeping, folding us like a taco. We didn’t do anything to the bed, nor on, or in the bed, it just buckled while we were trying to get rest, and we lost a night of sleep as a result. When we brought these overlapping issues to their attention, the only thing they did was refund us the night that we didn’t stay there because we were so fed up we went to a comfort inn for our last night in town and had a far better stay.

The parking lot suggested was closed (but that’s not the fault of the host!!). For me, texting the instructions of how to get in would have been better, but it’s just personal preference.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Metro67! We were in town for work at the Orpheum, it was an easy walk to the venue and anywhere else you wanted to go downtown. The room was quiet, clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The windows face the parking garage (and there's a partial view of the bridge over the river) but there was plenty of natural light during the day. It was easy to get in and out of the building once check in was complete.

My only concern was with check-in. The elevator require a key card which was waiting for us in the apartment. There is a security desk in the lobby but it wasn't always staffed, had no one been there when we first arrived we would not have been able to get up the elevator to our place. Otherwise we felt very safe and enjoyed our time here! Also the property would only give us one elevator/front door key card. If there are two of you and your schedules don't line up only one card becomes a hassle.

I enjoyed my stay and I will be sure to book this place again. It was very clean and the bed was absolutely heavenly. I didn't want to leave.

The apartment was very spacious, there were plenty of facilities, and was also was clean. The beds were so comfortable that I could have laid in them all day.

Always check on entry you have sufficient bedding especially if using a sofa bed, to ensure management can rectify issues.
