Abode Memphis - Downtown Madison Ave

Great central location, (short walk to most places of interest) , lovely decor, warm spacious living area, comfortable bed, very clean and tidy. The added information and direction for restaurants, food & convenience stores in the check in instructions most helpful.

Found the check-in and payment process off putting. Aware why the identity checking process is in place however the process is time consuming (even after your payment has been authorised)

The property is great and was everything I wanted in a great location

The heat wouldn’t work right and it was cold a lot , it sometimes comes on and when it does it stops putting out heat , the covers was nice and thick though lol but yea being cold was my only issue

Came into town with a family of 5. I booked the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom and there was a bonus half bathroom so everyone had their own space. My parents and siblings were impressed with the cleanliness and it seemed the host thought of everyone to keep guest comfortable. Definitely plan on staying here again on my next trip to Memphis. 10/10 would recommend!

The apartment was in a great area and had everything we needed for our stay. It was spacious, clean and well equipped. It was a in a very nice area that felt safe and quiet. It also was a walkable distance to Beale St and the Lorraine Motel. Would thoroughly recommend to others

Great location. Very quiet - couldn't hear others at all. Comfortable beds and good shower. Some coffee and tea provided and drip coffee maker useful.

Description didn't show that second bed was just curtained off. The bathroom off the bedroom was huge but the second bathroom didn't have a shower. We only had one keycard although there was supposed to be two. Minor things - only one teaspoon and tin opener wasn't very good. Light in small bathroom was faulty. Bulb in walk in closet not working. Holders for shampoo etc would be useful.

Contactless check in is the way to go. The apartment is spacious, and the extra towels and blankets are always much appreciated, as was the coffee. Also, the window nook from which you can see the Mississippi river was a bonus.

I felt the price was steep for the service, and the booking process quite cumbersome (with several requests to fill in forms and send photos of ID and credit card). The code to the room didn't work on arrival (at night, after a long journey), although it was resolved easily enough if you have a US phone (not so much if it's international, like mine).
