Too dirty. Kitchen was very dirty. In our rooms were some other people clothes, when we went there. the sheets were messed up in the kitchen cupboard.

Didn't get the room. Manager/owner didn't show up to show us the rooms.

Fine location. Tromsø is beautiful.

The building and facilities are old and worn. No sound insulation from rest of guesthouse. Shared bathroom and showers are old and not in a good standard/maintenance.

Room was decent and cosy. There was kitchen space to prepare our own food. The caretaker did help us with arranging a taxi to airport.

The main issue we faced was the location and accessibility from Tromso downtown. It is up a hilly terrain and approach is tedious. Secondly there is no signage /display about the name of the hotel outside the building which makes it difficult to locate. Also no restaurants nearby.

the yemen man was good..he helped me to early check in and he is good ..he have a kitchen so that we can cook
