The location is perfect. Just 15 minutes from the city centre and 5 minutes from the bus station going to airport. The view at the fjord from the window was amazing. Although it has to be kept in mind that only room quadruple economy and triple standard has windows with the view.

The overall cleanliness of the place was not satisfactory. The kitchen especially. Even though it's big and you are provided with everything you need, the appliances were dirty and greasy.

Simple, basic, easy to get in and out. Very clean, very warm.

No towels for the room was the main disappointment. Bed linen also quite poor. Could have done with a basic toiletries set in case of required.

Dirty bathroom, no hand towels, no hair dryer, no towels for shower and one bathroom smelled of stale urine. Dirty kitchen, grimy dishes, knives so dull you couldn't even cut cheese with them. Beds are squeaky and uncomfortable, and there is no kettle in unit as described on booking. Also, there was no mirror in bedroom, the bedroom was not particularly clean and there were holes in bedsheets.

Very close to the city center (approx 10-15 mins walk, and there are buses as well). Nice and quiet area. The room was perfectly warm, there was proper heating. Norway prices can be high, especially in Tromso, but this place was good in price.

The kitchen could have been cleaner (a little bit of dormitory vibes), but we didn't use it, so it was not a problem. The walls are a little thin, so we could easily hear the people in the neighboring room, but we were good sleepers, so it was also not big of a problem for us. Just mentioning here because it might be important to someone else. Overall, we were satisfied.

Correct, hygiène à revoir, les locataires qui étaient avec nous sont partis avec une cagoule m appartenant et étaient particulièrement degueulasses.
