There were pests located inside the hotel room. It was an extremely situation.

The manager at this location is terrible he always has an attitude he is very rude and he never tried to accommodate us in anyway. We stayed for a couple weeks in one room with no housekeeping services offered at all and then when we left they kept our deposit stating that it was excessive cleaning when no one came to refresh the room as stated in the lease agreement. These people are crooks and some of the workers look like recovered drug users. The beds we had in our room were so uncomfortable and i had just had a major surgery they wouldnt give us another room or would they give us a bed he claimed he had to order a bed lol why not just go get a new bed out of storage or change our room. Ill bever come back or spend my money at this location again. After paying almost 800 for 2 weeks witch was over rates because the sign says 199.00 a week thats a lie then i still could only get 1 bed. I hate this place and the people that work here made me and my family feel so uncomfortable and unwelcoming

Crooks! This place should not even have the rating of a HOSTEL because even a hostel is a better place than this. Book at your own risk. I would recommend to keep looking before reserving here.

If they did not exist as a place to stay. That is the only thing that could possibly make this place better. There are levels within the places you can stay. Well this place should not exist.

I wasn’t able to stay because I had too many people. Management was nice though.

Our experienced during our stay in Intown Suites 13125Fm 1960 West Houston, TX 77065. We made booking through booking.com website for eight nights starting from 11th of November until 18th of November. The room given to us had infestation of insects and cockroaches. We attempted to resolve the issues we had with our booking in Houston at your site with no help at all. I booked this room through booking.com On arrival we got the keys and when We came back at night to sleep and find out the condition of the room was extremely poor and unhygienic. we find insects crawling everywhere in the room including bed sheets, shelves, pillows sheets, carpet and in toilet we made contact with the out of our contact number at your site and one of hotel management person came to a room to have a look we showed him the insects and the pictures as well which we have taken earlier, he was not able to help us in any way or form he was not able to clear the room or offer us any other room to sleep for that night. We slept in the room as have no other options unfortunately but in the morning few of us did have insect bite and rashes on their back. We collected over stuff and left the room The room which we had looked and booked through website was completely different to what we were offered on site. Team at Property was not able to help us at all with infestation in room which have insects and cockroaches. Carpet is extremely dirty and had strong smell of fungus and dampness. we were informed staff can't even change our room or do anything to clean the room. We had no option other than leaving room along with our stuff and live in other place as the room was not in liveable condition and extreme hazard to stay longer. Even at the time of checkout we showed staff add reception the pictures but unable to receive any assistance or help or even an offer to change our room. It cost us extreme distress and inconvenience during our stay. we left the room after 2 days out of 8 days booking but they charged us full and have no courtesy to refund I have contacted they many times by email but its pathetic they don`t have courtesy to reply to apologise, refund and compensation of inconvenience and distressed caused during our stay in Houston at intown suites.

It had roaches, and wasn’t clean.

Wasnt up to my liking and the female manager is rude and disrespectful.

Great room rates, good location. It's just that there were roach's in the bathtub/room. The smoke detector started beeping called front desk they never came to replace, had to go to the gas station at 3:00 a.m. to get battery, replaced myself. No 24 hour front desk, was supposed to open at 11:00 a.m. but no one there, had to call the cell number they provided to get someone to the front desk opened 15/20 minutes later. Advertised fast WiFi couldn't connect the entire time I was there. Fire alarm went off briefly, no communications as to why. Was told motel was full, so could not get another room. Other then issues, I think I would have enjoyed my stay.
