"Horrible ghetto"

My title says it all. Nice area but this place is a slum. Dirty places attract dirty people. Weird checkout procedure designed so the can keep your deposit. Mostly just dirty inside the rooms and all over the grounds. Bugs in the shower and who knows what inside the walls. Lots of smokers so inside my room always smelled like smoke. Not a pleasant place to stay even at this price.
