InTown Suites Extended Stay Houston TX - Jersey Village

It was an ok stay could have been better with better staff

The manager is so sweet, I think his name is Kade. The location was super convenient and you could walk to everything. The property is very clean, you do not see a lot of people hanging out on property which is a huge plus for me. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever, with things being hectic since this snow/freeze storm I have to admit the staff has remained friendly and calm even under stress.

Pretty well lite stay no problems at all

Cozy stay. Only problem was that a couple of kids next door were constantly banging on the walls.

Kade the office gentleman was very welcoming and informative. He made sure i understood everything. He made sure i liked the room prior to getting all the paperwork done. The maintance man is very friendly and nice as well.

Rooms are small but had everything I needed. Bed mattress is super thin and uncomfortable.

stayed there two weeks with 10 days with out internet, clean one day, the floor is not clean

Nice quiet place. Rooms are pretty clean. On site laundry though I think it's cheaper to go to a laundry mat near by or go to a place where they have a wash and fold service. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near by even walking distance. I think if u want somewhere that isn't to expensive and ur going to be here awhile it's a good place as they also have a week by week payment plan.

Being relocated for my job and my company decided to put us up here. If you want to feel like you are living in the ghetto, this is the place for you. The manager is nice enough, but really needs to get a hold of the guests staying here and throw them out. Loud music playing until 2:00 AM and loud mouth people yelling and screaming all day and night. I called their "on call room #" and was told they would take care of it. The lady did come to their room, but nothing changed. We are moving to a different InTown Suites when the lease is up in a couple days. It is too bad because the location is close to everything you need.
