It looks nice! Very relaxing.

- breakfast was very repetitive - staff are a little bit unprofessional. We made a mistake bringing my family and went swimming without registering them in the front desk, we were charged for that and it was fine. Just that nobody came to inform us. It was our bad too for not reading all the policy but the fact that the bar pool staff would give each other a look whenever they see us as if we did a crime or we were scamming them when in fact we are probably the only ones who are tipping them whenever we order something. - pool is closed at 8:30 and it suck for people who aren’t early riser or didn’t wanna get out when its really sunny outside and hot. Should’ve let us use the front pool by alona if the issue is loudness. - food, I see everybody bringing their own food from the restaurants outside of hennan. We bought a durian which I understand the smell is very strong but we were not allowed to bring it inside even though were not gonna be eating it inside because we were gonna bring it in a picnic the next day with my family and they couldn’t provide any solution for us. Its either throw the durian or eat it outside when its already 9pm

The room itself was pleasant, clean, and comfortable, this was probably the only part of the stay that I truly enjoyed

Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the price. There is no room service, which is quite surprising for a hotel at this level. The restaurants were disappointing: the food was not very tasty and the breakfast selection was limited and also not very good. Additional services were rather weak and the overall service level did not meet expectations. For the price the hotel charges, I expected a much better quality of food and service.
