Henann Tawala Resort

Just wow! Love this place I didn’t not expect them to actually do my anniversary request when I was told I had do it through a third party 🎉 for it but wow open that room and wow wasn’t not expecting that soo wow thank you guys and girls much appreciated and omg loved that pool and the pool bar! Wow amazing! Definitely will be staying here again.

If there are there just minor issues nothing really big that I can complain about overall I love it here

The room with direct access to the pool is spacious and great. The staff at the hotel is very attentive, friendly and helpful! Erwin and Gia at the pool bar did a great job!! The hotel is not directly on the beach, but the 200m to the private beach of the henann premier hotel is no effort to walk… Breakfast could have a bit more western stuff.

There is nothing to complain…

Our stay at Hennan Resorts Tawala was genuinely wonderful. The staff were an absolute delight, and one of the ladies at the check-in counter stood out so much. She was incredibly accommodating and had this warm, perceptive way of communicating that instantly made everything smoother for us. The facilities were spotless, and the cleaning staff were impressively quick and generous with their daily upkeep. I loved the room, the peaceful atmosphere, and how quiet the surroundings were, which really added to the experience. The location is also a huge plus because it is very close to the beach and conveniently surrounded by stores and establishments within walking distance.

On the other hand, there were certain aspects of the administrative and coordination processes that felt unnecessarily difficult and more complicated than they needed to be. It affected the overall ease of the experience, and I hope the management can work on making these interactions more straightforward for future guests. Overall, the stay itself was lovely, but I believe there is still room for improvement in how guest concerns are handled.
