Every aspect of the functioning of this resort is exceptionally well executed by friendly efficient and knowledgeable staff. Every aspect of this resort, breakfast, meals, daily room services, pools etc are performed to a very high standard. The management runs a tight ship and are to be commended. We will come again. Good value for money.

The staff were lovely

Not the most hospitable policies set by management. Staff were lovely, but you get signs warning of penalties for food wastage which is unwarranted, very strict towel policies, no ability to use the pool or other facilities before 3pm check in etc. Basically no sense of hospitality by management.

Ved et 5 stjernet hotel burde der ikke være løse klinger ved poolen, samt mangene klinker i selve poolen, lignede noget der bare hurtigt skulle gøres færdigt,

Breakfast buffet is amazing. The Premiere room is absolutely perfect! Cleanliness all over is obvious. Employees are always courteous. Greetings and smiles are a constant.
