Sauber, große Zimmer, freundliches Personal

Aufgrund des Taifun konnten konnten wir erst 1 Tag später anreisen. Diese Nacht wurde uns dennoch zu 100 % berechnet… Auf Anfragen, ob wir zu mindestens 3 Tage kostenlos das Gym benutzen können( hätte 4,50€ pro Pers/Tag gekostet) und 2 Mangosaft an der Bar haben dürfen, hat man uns beides nicht gegeben. Das fanden wir sehr schade und zeigt Kompromisslosigkeit

A minha filha adorou o quarto por ser espaçoso e virado para a piscina. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O pequeno-almoço era agradável.

A água da piscina estava um pouco fria. O pequeno-almoço poderia ter mais diversidade, por exemplo mais pão. Seria agradável poder usar a piscina do Alona Beach junto à praia, visto que os dois hotéis serem do mesmo grupo.
