This has become my go to budget hotel in Birmingham when I travel for gigs.

Some idiots where blaring music at about 04:00 which wasn't appreciated.

"Pleasant stay"

Convenient location for the purposes of our trip and lots of places nearby to visit. Good free parking. Pleasant, large room with good shower and plenty of tea/coffee provided. Space for bags / cases and to hang clothes up.

Bedside light didn't work and door closure slammed. Room could have taken a King size bed although the double was adequate.

I liked that it was good location to where I wanted

The bed was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs through the sheets I ended up with bruises on my body from it we went down for breakfast and the young lad was very apologetic that the chef had not turned for his shift was offered coffee but that was awful and cold we have stopped here before and never had any problems was very disappointed the staff were very happy to help
