The owners and staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. Reasonably priced shuttle service was provided. Location was perfect, directly across from Akakura Kanko gondola. Loved the common area!

Very careful and welcoming hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was great, the bed was comfortable, the location was very convenient, right next to a ski area, everything was very clean, the host also speaks very good English, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. I was very happy with my time at Konayuki, highly recommended.

Amazing hosts who were always helpful with any questions or requests we had. Great location across from the gondola and connecting shuttle to other resorts . Big stone bath,which if you request it is ready and waiting for when you get home from a day out. Beer on tap and a couple of decent restaurant options in the local area

Home made breakfast plate made daily by the owner, a different dish each day. Toast and cereal also available to help yourself. Coffee Machine for self serve available all day and Microwave available if you want to heat up your own food.

Such an amazingly friendly and genuinely warm family who went out of their way to help us in every aspect of our visit. The guest house is located directly opposite the main Akakura Kanko gondola station and is a short (10-15min) walk into the main town.

Our hosts were exceptionally accommodating and generous. They went out of their way each day to make sure we had everything we needed. Creating a different breakfast for us each morning, ensuring we had the information we needed or helping us sort out transportation for the day, I can't recommend a stay here highly enough.

Being only a 10min walk into town wasn't a particular drawback. Being 100m away from Kanko lift more than made up for it
