Accoglienza impeccabile, struttura moderna e trendy. Staff molto gentile, ci hanno chiesto in anticipo se festeggiassimo qualche occasione e ci hanno allestito la stanza per il compleanno. L’hotel è di altissimo livello sia nel concept che nei servizi.

Rumore. L’hotel dovrebbe gestire meglio la diffusione della musica interna in modo che non si senta nelle stanze fin dal mattino presto. Abbiamo dovuto segnalarlo più volte.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5-star all the way. Amazing vibe and the architecture & design was edgy! & elegant. Great service & reception. Close to great Paseo with many restaurants and walking! The decor is very forward. I’ll be back to the hotel on my next visit to Merida👍
