Though Diez Diez is a small hotel, it is mighty in charm, elegance, and attention to detail. A true hidden gem in the beautiful city of Mérida! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. We really enjoyed our experience. The food and presentation were both excellent. We ordered the Chillaquiles and the Motuleños. The service was also amazing, thanks to Issa who waited on us and to Eric & Zo who prepared our delicious meal. We stayed a few doors away at Air BnB and wished we had stopped by for breakfast sooner. Will definitely return and stay in the accompanying hotel FRONT 10.

The Diez Diez Collection was incredible! The Panerai Room had a really cool design, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The restaurant is a must—be sure to book a dinner there. Everything was top-notch and we took the bikes to explore the downtown one day.

This is the best place to stay in Merida ! Beautiful, fresh design boutique hotel in a great location next to majestic Paseo de Montejo boulevard. Rooms were a great combination of sleek design with character. Great beds, super cool rooftop bar/plunge pool area. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was wonderful especially Brianda who was extremely helpful and professional. Will definitely stay at Diez Diez again !

The service by staff was always attentive and appropriate. The front desk staff were so helpful as were the wait staff in Fronto, their restaurant. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in two different rooms. Each room has character and style along with comfort. The hotel is quiet and in a great location for walks to shops and restaurants. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
