Very beautiful rooms and super nice staff. The location is perfect to discover Merida by foot.

Its a lovely boutique hotel set in a safe and yet still central location in merida. Staff was amazing and went out of their way to provide great services! I loved the room and it's aesthetic.

I'd have to say it's a bar/entertainment first and hotel second. First room I had was right next to the rooftop bar and the music went through the room loudly. Thankfully the staff moved me to a more further room downstairs, due to weekend DJ I could still hear the noise but not as loud. I'd recommend them to install a sound proof installation on the rooms so it doesn't take away any other experience that's amazing

El personal muy amable, la comida realmente muy buena, en general todo bien, solo creo que las puertas deberían ser un poco mas aisladas del sonido., pero en general todo excelente

The hotel is really amazing. In particular, the people who work at the hotel are simply awesome people. From Oscar and Alexandra at the front desk, Louis the Manager, Rudy at the Bar and Moses and Adrian at the restaurant--all lovely human beings who made my stay special. The only issues that I had were that my room was exactly beside the bar--so the noise level was not great and also there are no rails or clear lighting on the multiple stairs--an issue for those with some mobility issues.
