Higher Primrose Cottage

Beautiful little cottage, very sweet and comfortable. everything we needed was there. Our landlady was very helpful, she gave us advice and welcomed us with cider, biscuits, milk, etc. We could use the heating in the evenings when it got a bit chilly, post office and shop right around the corner, great pub just around the corner as well. We can recommend this cottage thoroughly and would certainly come back!

A perfect little Devonshire cottage. Well set out with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Everything was excellent.

Very clean, central location, quiet

The location was superb, right in the middle of this thriving village. We had supper in The Kings Arms, which I would highly recommend. We were only here for a short amount of time, but will be back to explore the area more thoroughly. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and the information folder was very comprehensive. Just one thing to be aware of, is that because it’s a very old cottage, there isn’t much height available to shower. Not a criticism, just a fact if you were 6’, showering would be tricky.
