We stayed as a large family with 4 rooms, and I can honestly say the service at this hotel was outstanding from start to finish, their excellent service continued even after our stay ended! The front desk staff were consistently warm, patient, and professional, helping us coordinate multiple rooms, requests, and questions with genuine care and a smile. Managing a big group isn’t easy, but they made everything feel effortless. What truly impressed us, though, was the exceptional support from the security team after we had already checked out. We had several Amazon packages delivered late, after our departure, and they didn’t just say “sorry, you’re no longer guests.” Instead, they took full ownership — tracking the deliveries, safely storing the packages, coordinating with us, and helping ensure everything was handled properly. That level of service — helping guests even when there’s nothing left to “gain” — speaks volumes about the hotel’s culture and people. It turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience. On top of that, the location is unbeatable — extremely close to Disneyland and directly connected to a shopping complex with a myriad of restaurants and stores, making meals, shopping, and last-minute needs incredibly convenient for families. This is true hospitality: professional, kind, and proactive. Our entire family is incredibly grateful, and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families or groups. الباركنق غالي جداً ولازم فاليه. لسبب ما وقت ما وصلت شخص واحد فقط على الاستقبال وأخذ ربع ساعه على ما خلص من الشخص الي قبلي. انطباع اول سيئ.

Breakfast - not sure , never made it to eat breakfast there . Location - is very good , next to the highway . Easy to get in and out . However, if you need to get some- you need a car .

Price could be better . Its a bit overpriced .

The service wasn’t the best. We paid for breakfast during our stay, however the wait was too long and we needed to get going with the day. The bar and restaurant were very understaffed and there was a very long wait for service. The hotel needs to employ more staff to cater for the guests

Cleanliness - rooms were spacious and clean and it was a good location

Trying to make contact with the hotel was a nightmare and they don't reply to messages on BOOKING.COM. Trying to call them was also difficult as it goes through a third party who have no idea what they are doing. I called 6 times to sort out a late arrival. When we arrived there was only one person serving and one person in front of me and it took 20 mins to get our keys. The staff member seemed very incompetent and confused. We ordered room service for dinner one night at 8pm and it took at least an hour to come and when it arrived the order was wrong. Then had to wait another 20 mins for them to send the right order and the food was very basic. We extended our stay for a late checkout as our plane was late and they asked us to go and sign something before we left which was more waiting. We leave for the day and get back and the room keys no longer work so we had to go down and explain we paid for a late checkout and they had forgotten to give us new keys. More waiting. So frustrating. Then when we were leaving we called to get help with our bags and they took over 20 mins and we went down to our transport and sat in the car another 15 mins and the bags never came down. We had to enquire what was taking so long and the staff member had put our bags in storage (this it at 7pm at night - why would we store our bags at night?). It was all very confusing as we hardly saw any guests while we were there but it seemed like everything took forever and nothing went smoothly. We also laughed as when we arrived a gentleman came to our room and said that everything in the mini bar was free "Not like Vegas" he says and when we checked our mini bar there was nothing in it. The only thing in the room was a bottle of water. We asked another staff member downstairs if the mini bar was meant to be full and he abruptly said no - not even looking up from his computer. Just not very friendly service. I expected so much from JW Marriot especially for the price.

Our check in process was very good with both people who assisted us being very friendly, offering us water and giving us a very thorough run down of the hotel. Reception is very nice - well lit, spacious with plenty of places to sit. The rooms are ok, a little dated and not overly large. Bathrooms are good with both a bath and a shower. The breakfast offering is good with nice fresh fruit and a wide selection of warm food. The staff here were very good. We chose to eat at the bar as we were visiting Disney Land. This experience was less than fantastic. We were not supplied with napkins or cutlery, had to actively search out someone to pay our bill - and waited 10 minutes to do so. All whilst being expected to tip in a “service” business. Our worst experience was when we went to experience the wine tasting(that is valued at $50). After waiting around 7-8 minutes to be served we made our selection of 2 wines, as the lady was about to pour a tall gentleman off to the side said “only 1 tasting per room”. The tasting pour was so small I said to not even bother. I have never come across such a lack of understanding of customer service in this environment. It was not just what he said but how he said it. Seriously, is this really going to impact the profitability of the hotel. When I went back down to reception I clarified that it was in fact a tasting for 2 people per room. If it were not for the good experiences I had with other people in this hotel I would have rated it 1 based on the experiences in both bars.
