Mango Tree House

This is a lovely family-fun boutique hotel right near the national park. The food prepared was delicious and generous and the staff were very accommodating of my mother's severe allergies. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet - we loved the outdoor shower! We did 2 days of safaris with the hotel's guide and it was amazing! He was respectful of the animals, stayed away from other Jeeps, and was an amazing spotter.

Lovely, clean property who helped sort our safari. Very homely and family ran. The best breakfast and dinner that I had in Sri Lanka!

Der sehr herzliche Gastgeber Sachith hat im Vorfeld über Whats App sowohl unseren Hotel Transfer und als auch die Safari zuverlässig organisiert ; Milan kannte sich super im Nationalpark aus und hat uns wunderbare Erlebnisse (nicht nur mit den Elefanten )hautnah beschert . Die Unterkunft in einzelnen Bungalows ist wunderbar - besonders die Aussendusche! Dinner und Breakfast waren ebenso klasse ; das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis ist sensationell !

Tolle Unterkunft. Vom Bungalow über das Essen und das Personal, wirklich alles hervorragend. Unbedingt die Safari dazu buchen, die war der Hammer.

The owners were very nice, the safari they arranged for us was so good and we ended up seeing so many animals with a very knowledgeable tour guide, he knew all of them and had a lot of info about each of them. The food was very authentic Sri Lankan buffet that was freshly made and very tasty

The only downside to staying is the bathroom as its outside (I should have thought of this before arriving it was mentioned) but that meant it was exposed to the wild, I saw a couple of lizards so it made the experience of showering there a little difficult.
