Everything good except bed it’s not clear all on the bed have hair all over bed I have to get bedsheets I have to make my own beds that I pay for $ 358? You should refund some for me please that be nice

Hotel was clean. Easy to find.

Lobby was hot/stuffy. Room smelled musty. Couldn’t get the temperature of the room to go below 70.

Absolutely NOTHING was provided. No shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or hairdryer. Also, NOTHING was provided in the kitchenette. A setting was $20 extra (family of 4 = $80) and there were NO pots and pans.

Desk closed overnight. No coffee or snacks available in lobby. No guide sheet to restaurants nearby.

Nothing. Was not happy with room it was filthy dirt and pet hair was everywhere, bed was dirty and staff did not offer another room. Nor did they refund the charges. They made us change our own bed linens. Comforter was dirty and full of pet hair and destroyed by an animal. There was not one thing I liked about this location. The property was loud, doors being slammed all night.

Room was dirty, dusty and animal hair along with human hair on all surfaces. Floor was dirty and could not walk around without shoes. Had to go out and purchase my own linens due to not being provided with clean linens. I cleaned the room just to feel somewhat comfortable.
