WoodSpring Suites West Des Moines

I was charged through Booking.com, and when I arrived to check-in they charged me again. Ive never encountered something like this .. then when I called The hotel they are telling me to call Booking. When I called Booking there saying called the merchant/ hotel. I have 2 charges on my debit one is pending and the other is completed. Let's see if they are going to rectify this issue..

People were friendly here and it was quiet

I like the Hotel alot and location was what I like the most very close to everything as a turist you would need. Also the staff were very nice and helpful and had the facility very cleaned all the time.

I honestly don't have anything bad to say my self and family enjoyed our stay in the facility.

good location and good price

rooms had a wet and musty smell. no bathroom soaps.
