Everything was good and clean

This was the worst experience, booked a room for 2 nights and within the window adjusted to just 1 night. My reservation and email received an update with the correct date only to arrive and have them tell me their general manager messed up and cancelled the wrong date leaving my 3 kids, husband and I with no room. Then sounded like they did us a favor when I said I better not be charged for the night I didn’t need and the response was “you won’t be charged”. Better not be but I’ll believe that when I see it.

Clean, spacious, and quiet rooms. Even with a hotel full of teenagers for a sporting event the rooms were very quiet.

Just under 20 minutes from the VA medical center. This hotel is in great location. Quite area just minutes from many stores and restaurants. I stayed here while working for the week at the Battle Creek VA and it is a safe and comfortable place. Kitchenette is perfect so you don’t have to eat meals out every day. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and spacious rooms

The room was clean except for the headboard and dishwasher. The staff was excellent. The in room coffee maker had no basket for the grounds so we had to go to the front to get coffee. The bedside charging ports did not work, but the ones in the plugs did.

Clean and comfy! Lots of good amenities. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in
