This property was in a great location. Quiet, yet walkable and close to groceries, restaurants and I94 expressway. Many amenities that make your stay comfortable. The breakfast is amazing too.

The walls are horribly thin for a hotel that is part of the Hilton chain. The staff was quick to respond to the noise complaints, but I was able to hear the conversations taking place in the outside patio. The room next to me was having a party and I kept hearing screaming, yelling, and eventually their smoking set off the smoke alarm.

Great for a business trip — very comfortable, huge room, full fridge freezer, plates/cutlery etc. Very kind and helpful front-desk staff. Comfy bed, good shower! Only downside I can think of was housekeeping knocking every morning when I was running around trying to get ready for work (I was out of the room for 13/14 hours each day but they never came back). Couldn’t find a do-not-disturb sign and forget to ask; not a big problem, though.

we were intown for a home going. the hotel was very clean and comfortable. we had a suite for our family, and it was very nice. spacious and clean. I would definitely stay at this Hotel again.

Very new updated room! All the amenities! Full kitchen etc… also the front desk guy was a delight! Thanks Franklin for making us feel like family!

I am disappointed that the rooms did not have soft, comfortable bedding. And when I asked for soft blankets that were not bleached and hard on your skin. I was told there are no other blankets except for mattress covers that are used as a blanket on the beds. I went out to the store and purchased my own blanket to sleep with. The pool towels in the pool area are small and cannot cover the body and we’re also very dry and harsh to the skin. I did go to the pool for a swim, but it was very cold in the water. I asked at the front desk if the pool is heated and they said it was when checking. When checking in they asked if I had any concerns and I said I wanted a room away from the elevators, no kids, and no dogs. I am on the fourth level and there is currently a large dog barking in the room across from me and disrupting our stay. When I went to complain at the front desk, I was told by the worker that she is only a front desk person and cannot handle any complaints and I will have to speak to the general manager, which is not available. I stayed here last year and enjoyed my stay, but I do not think I will come back. Also while at the front desk, other hotel Guest came down to complain about the dog.
