location, location, location

Prima hotel vlak bij Union Square. Goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan San Francisco. De dame achter dr balie is de meest vriendelijke dame die ik heb meegemaakt. Heel behulpzaam en wist ons elke keer bij onze voornaam te noemen. Bijhorend restaurant verzorgt een prima ontbijt in de ochtend (met korting)

The staff is super helpful, all of them! They make this property score higher ! The location is also a highlight.

The room is small (as advertised) and the hotel feels dated.

Staff was great and very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. It is not a luxury hotel, but a very good location, and everything you could want for a good night's rest and peace of mind.

Vlakbij Union Square en op loopafstand van alle locaties die ik moest bezoeken gedurende de week. Heel fijn! Juliette was an amazing friendly face every morning and afternoon at the reception. She went te extra mile and made our stay very personal.

I did not like the bed, as I am used to a softer mattress and this bed was very hard. I would have also appreciated a coffee maker in the room, but the facilities were bare minimum.

The location is very central and the room was clean . Staff was friendly

A bit dated - value for money for off , definitely overpriced due to RSAC conference , it probably cost much less on other days

Sehr nettes Personal. Lage(!), Zimmer ist bestenfalls OK aber auch nicht mehr. Erträglich sauber.

Leicht modriger Geruch im Zimmer, schlechte Fensterdämmung: ab 5:30 ist Schluss mit schlafen, keine Klimatisierung, mini Dusche, kein Kühlschrank. Preis/Leistung bei mir unter jeder Kritik, aber während der RSA Conference werden leider irre Preise abgerufen. 5 Nächte um knappe 3.000,-- EUR für ein abgewohntes Zimmer Type Jugendherberge.
