Location was great.

I found someone else’s popsock on the floor by my side of the bed. The windows had been left open prior to our arrival which is not a great idea in a heatwave and flies had got inside the room. It wasn’t made clear to us that we would have to prebook parking so when I enquired all spaces had been booked. Overall, not what I expected for the price we paid.

"Good location and helpful manager."

We (myself, my daughter and 2 young grandchildren) stayed here for 5 nights during the May half term. Our apartment was comfortable and had all we required. We were also able to keep the bedrooms cool (this was the first heatwave) as the blinds kept the sun out. There was a fan provided for the kitchen/living room area. This apartment worked well for our family group. The location meant we could walk to and from the train station and city. The manager was super helpful and friendly.

"Practical apartment near Cardiff centre"

The location near the park is just Wonderful, the apartment is comfortable and the kitchen is quite big and well organized.

The staff is not very present on the site, also they had some issues with the keys so that I got only one key at the self check in, while the second was delivered on the next day as it was in the check out box.

"Very hot but ok for the price for one night"

Easy to find and late self check in was easy. They emailed me a door code and lock box code ahead of time so that was a breeze.

Extremely hot! When we got to the room it was boiling and although a fan had been left on, it wasn’t doing much. Mesh on the windows to stop bugs would’ve been better. There was also no coffee. Just teabags and salt? Good job the garage over the road has a costa machine
