The housekeeping was loud check out was @ 11 and they started at 830 and knocked on our door even with the do not disturb on there.

The lounge area looked nice and clean and has some extras, like board games and a pool table. It also has a swimming pool, which we didn’t use. Breakfast was a combination of hot and baked foods, although limited. Hotel is located close to the interstate which many restaurants nearby.

The room didn’t have working air conditioning and it was hot. Staff tried to make it right by bringing a fan. They stated they didn’t have any other rooms and said they would provide a full refund but I had to call booking.com for the refund. I called but they would only give me 20% back, even after telling me the hotel said they would refund it all but it was up to booking.com to make the final decision. So, be sure to book directly with the hotel! Rooms and hallways had a sewer odor. Traveled with 3 other families and they smelled it too. Requested in advance my room to be near my elderly parents’ room but they were on separate floors. Breakfast was decent, although they didn’t turn on juice machine until my parents were done eating (30 minutes after breakfast started), didn’t have caffeines coffee machine working until later too. Yogurt machine never did work. Much of the food was not replenished with an hour left of breakfast. Again, I was there for most of the 3 hours because of the multi-families that we were with.

The beds were not comfortable, and the pillows were not good at all, and the connecting rooms, as well as the refrigerator, barely held our food
