Overpriced for what it is worth. For a single night at £125, you get a tiny room with no parking or breakfast. I'd stayed at another place the night before £120, which included breakfast and dinner.

Decent for your bog standard stay. We didnt intend on spending much time in the hotel during our stay so only needed a comfortable and practical base which is what we got. :)

Decor was lovely. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. However the price of the stay wasn’t worth the size of the room and for what you get. It says there is parking on the website but there wasn’t any once we arrived. Shower facilities are wicked. Would stay again but only if the price went down

The room was small but very thoughtfully designed. The mattress was however uncomfortable. The worst part of the stay was the light in the closet that went on on its own in the middle of the night and would not turn off. Also, the refundable deposit was collected but not returned after checkout & charged 3 days later. The room was left in pristine condition.

Excellent location. Very clean room. Big enough for my needs. Very helpful front desk people. I will return. Great for the price.

Welcoming. Beautifully decorated. Great location. Just parking is a challenge. Highly recommend.

Good communication and homely feel.

It was all good the staff is very friendly and helpful, the bed wasn’t ideal there was a ditch in the middle and the was a bit old. Plasma no Netflix access. Overall the place was very clean very pleasant, and again the staff was very nice and helpful.

A good location and comfortable bed are the only things going for this place. Should not be rated as a 3 star hotel. The shower was TERRIBLE (no pressure) and if you tried to adjust the position, it fell off the wall!!! Bedding wasn’t changed during our stay, bath towels only, bedside lights didn’t work, no hangers, no welcome pack, no do not disturb sign, tea/coffee/toilet roll were not replenished, constant smell of damp, no large mirror, light on bathroom mirror didn’t work, poor WIFI, no parking available, had to wait an hour before being allowed in the room due to ‘maintenance’, radiator didn’t work, toilet flush was lose and at risk of falling off, bathroom door didn’t shut properly, poor decor (huge bulge in bedroom ceiling) and when trying to leave the clean bed linen had been left on the floor at the bottom of the stairs causing a huge health and safety risk. It is close to the city and the bed was comfortable but they are the only two positives about it! I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone!
