Clean, spacious, affordable, great location

The location was really nice. The room was nice and it's outside area was very good and accessible. The food and general service of the pub was really good and I liked that there were multiple ways to get back to my room after a late night out after doing a gig for my band.

My only major annoyances was essentially the traffic. The traffic itself wasn't much of an issue it was just very loud, which I'm not exactly used to as I'm from Albury. It was also very warm in my room. I didn't have a heater on or anything, but it was very warm. My only other major issue was just a strange encounter with another resident after coming back to my room after my gig.

Convenient location, value for money and clean rooms.

If you can put up with the DIY decor that gives it a down at heel feel, but it has all you need and profits from having single rooms at dorm prices. and the number 11 tram stops more of less at the door and will take you into town and as far as the Riverside and dockland.

the decor and fitting were very amaturish done by a ethosiastic DIY man or woman, but a little short on skills, but that is nit picking.

Great value for money, Great location and well appointed accommodation. Really appreciated the comfortable bed and good sized rooms.
