The location is good and if you are really on a budget this is the cheapest place.

I saw a mouse dart across my room 🐭 that’s when I knew I’d made a mistake booking here! It felt very grimy. Bathrooms didn’t really feel clean. Very old. There’s also nothing in the bedroom other than the bed. No where to hang clothes or put things away. The beeping of the coded door is also quite annoying as people were coming in and out at anti social times. I would not stay here again.

Budget - great location

Exactly as advertised! Comfortable room and bed, decent facilities for showering, functional kitchenette with lots of fridge space. Very easy check in and check out procedure

The bathrooms could’ve been slightly cleaner, but this is mainly down to the guests. I was also disappointed there wasn’t a hob/oven in the kitchen but it was perfectly functional otherwise

The bed is comfortable enough. Bedding is clean.

Hotel has poor ventilation, bathroom is not clean. Room has stains all over. Noise from tram and Alexandra Parade, however host did try to address it by using a magnetic double glazed window. But that killed any air flow in the room, hot nights will be difficult.
