Literally no signage and also big signs that say the wrong thing like Blue Ridge Tavern. It took me 10 minutes just to find the place and I had to ask somebody on the street to do it. And now I can’t check in. There’s no phone support and I have no idea which room I am in. So my check-in hasn’t really happened. I’m gonna have to go to a Comfort Inn.

Unique place in historic downtown. It was close to everything we needed.

The attached restaurant wasn't open, but there were other restaurants close by so not a big deal.

"0 stars, do not recommend. Hidden property, hidden door. Poor communication. Don’t attempt to stay here."

Advertised as a hotel, it’s more like VRBO. The address was unclear and finding the entry door was impossible. Door code needed to gain entry but the code was never sent. I wasted three hours waiting on the code from host or TripAdvisor. TA refused to grant a refund even though I never got the door code from the host, or even info on how to find it!

"Modern suite in old brick warehouse"

The Lofts was clean and quiet. Our room had a light from the neighbor shining directly onto the bed, and the blind did little to block it. Great place for dogs but a hard bed! Kitchen was missing some essentials. Low contact with others and an easy walk to dinner at The Olde Salem Brewing Company (food trucks or pizza from across the street.
