Large room. Very clean.

Great value. Plus close to train station and Susukino area

Dryer function in washing machine was pretty useless. Faster to just airdry than use the dryer.

Big room space. Washing machine in the room. Free detergent in the lobby. Washing machine has dryer function but hard to dry completely. Clothes can be dry in the room with heater quickly. 5 min walk to busy area 15 min walk to Odori park (Sapporo snow festival main area)

Noise insulation between rooms is not good. Can hear room cleaning in the morning. It would be nicer if had humidifier.

Great spot to base ourselves from for the snow festival. Very convenient to all locations including public transport, whilst being slightly far away enough so as to avoid intense crowds and noise. Our room was a decent size for Japan and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay

Location was fantastic. Loved the layout of the room as we had a little couch, kitchenette and washing machine. No utensils or tea/coffee in room - that is downstairs in communal area (staff didn’t show us though on check in). Would definitely return though.

Maybe the best beds I have ever slept in at a hotel.

Not enough hooks to hang up towels in the bathroom. No fan over cooking area. No cooking utensils or plates, bowls or glasses which defeats the purpose of having a kitchenette.
