Hotel Classe Stay Sapporo

The location was amazing, close to a subway station and other attractions.

The rooms come with a kitchen, but it's very unclear how to obtain pots, pans, utensils, etc. and, when I asked for a frying pan, I was given one that was not clean, which was stored behind a staff-only door.

Comfortable space which includes sofa, coffee table, kitchenette, and washer cum dryer. Quite quiet location, I can sleep with my window open and near the park.

Other than two cups, there were no other kitchen utensils (plates, spoon, pan?) Maybe I was suppose to bring my own?

小さいキッチンがありますが、炊飯器があっても、しゃもじと計量カップなどの調理器具が1つもないです。食器も小さなマグカップ2つだけで、少し不便に感じました。

The carpet is very dirty

Location was good; can either walk to two subway lines. Room has kitchenette and washing machine and quite spacious compare to many other hotels in Japan.

staff was not able to speak English well. My room has wierd smell and I had to spray the freshener into the hallway. Otherwise, facilities were good.

The self-contained room is very well designed, featuring a washing machine, cooker, kettle, and rice cooker—but unfortunately, no pots or pans! The location is decent and the hotel is within walking distance from local station (provided you don’t have heavy luggage). Tea and coffee offerings are basic, served from a single dispenser in a small area on the ground floor near the reception.

it’s a bit far from the city center. However, Shin-Chitose Airport is accessible by train or shuttle bus. Unfortunately, the reception staff were not as friendly as one might expect.

It's very quiet but safe around hotel area.
