Hotel Classe Stay Sapporo

The size of the room is larger than average in Japan. Washing machine (laundry and dry) is available in the room.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. The beds are comfortable, the room is cozy, the amenities are useful and convenient, the hot water in the shower works great.

The second floor hallway smelled funny but it wasn't in the rooms and I like the hotel otherwise so I didn't care much.

Rooms were nice, equipped with a kitchenette and you can cook your meals. It is located very close to main areas. The coffee machine at the 1F was really nice in the chilling weather. Everything is clean except the carpets which have some stains here and there but that's ignorable.

Nothing. We stayed four nights and had a nice time

I chose this place because of the location (next to the live venue I visited). It has a laundry machine in the room which is a plus, and a lot of additional amenities coming with the kitchen (not initially though, you need to ask for pot, pan, knife etc. set at the reception)

I really didn't like the condition of the carpeting in the room and the hotel in general. It's a light one and stains are very visible on it, which gives it a nasty look. Also, there was no duvet cover, just an additional sheet with the blanket laying on top of it, that you're supposed to cover yourself with - not comfy at all in my opinion

Convenient to have a laundry machine in room and free detergent at the lobby. Room and bathroom were big. Had microwave and cook top in room.

Lobby was small. The air conditioner was constantly blowing hot air and temperature unable to be changed. It was so hot and humid that we had to open the window in winter to cool down the room. Carpet in room had lots of stains.
