The location was ideal. We met Agus as we arrived, who was incredibly helpful.

Look, the fan in the bathroom was very loud, haha, but it was fine. We were more concerned with disturbing the other guests.

Wouldn’t say don’t like but the bathroom was little damp smelling there was only half a roll of toilet paper and I went a day without until I asked, but staff not around to ask only wats app.

The hotel’s location was excellent, right on Ubud’s main street, which made it super convenient to explore the area. Breakfast was sufficient, though nothing exceptional. We took a few trips around Bali with the driver arranged by the hotel, and each journey was smooth and enjoyable. He made an effort to introduce us to the island at every opportunity and was very helpful in organizing our daily plans. It really added a personal touch to our stay.

There were a few cleanliness issues that we noticed. Some of the pillows had rust stains and a few strands of hair, and the bedsheets had similar issues. The walls showed signs of moisture damage, and there were noticeable dust bunnies in the gap between the bed’s headboard and the wall. Also, a few of the staff members didn’t speak English, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

You must be fit to climb stairs. 15 to reach apparent, then 20 again for 2nd floor

Location was perfect, the garden view from the balcony was very peaceful, the personnel was very kind

The water in yhe shower was not hot in the evenings
