"Very nice!"

The location is very nice, very close to palace and has nice view. Four options for breakfasts and quite delicious. Staff is supportive and will help with luggage. Will choose again when visit back Ubud.

It is bit inconvenient to communicate everything on WhatsApp since sometimes can't get response quickly but it's okay overall. Not big issue.

"This will be our home in Ubud"

Lovely, lovely, lovely. Agus(the staff) is amazingly helpful. He arranged the perfect bike for us to travel for 8 days. Lovely dog. Don't miss the bacony at 3F.

"Highly recommended and great value for money."

The friendly staff who provided us a nutritious and delicious breakfast in the rooftop each morning of our stay. The location was central Ubud yet it was peaceful and serene above the street. We appreciated the view over rooftops and out towards the mountain.

Great central location, quiet, feels safe and comfortable being around local family and they have a cute guard dog. Yammy breakfast was included and was customised to vegetarian.
