"Basic motel room that met expectations"

Pretty basic but very spacious room. Well equipped, and everything worked as intended. Bed was comfortable

Wish there had been a luggage rack and a comfortable chair for sitting. A bit pricey for this type of room, especially with the pet fee

"Great value for the money. Nice little place to stay."

The rooms are very big, for a motel. Very clean, maid service every day. Good location. I have family in Llano and Burnet, so this was in Kingsland, kind of in the middle. Had a real cute swimming pool out front. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

I know a few of the reviews complained about the shower, you had to wait 3-5 minutes for the water to get hot. But once it got hot it was plenty hot for as long as you needed it. So, I really didn't think that was a big issue.

Good location

The rooms need work. Paintwork on the outside was terrible, inside lights didn’t work. WiFi was terrible. However, room was clean and mattresses were fine. On the other hand, pillow had some obscure stains in it.
