The location was very nice. There was no provision for breakfast, we knew that in advance. We had a good breakfast in a nearby bakery/café.

Parking can be a headache.

Excellent location on sea front, cafes, pubs & shops very near, but no noise problems

No breakfast, but goood cafes very close by.
