The Mumbles Carlton Hotel

Bar staff sheree was very welcoming and her hospitality 2nd to none....the room was clean but very tired and basic bed was cheap and uncomfortable..could hear other guests walking past room and upstairs...not worth the money at all.The only good thing was location but property was depressing..it was booked last minute would not recommend will be returning to the mumbles as I have family there but will not be using this what is listed as a"hotel"...!...It's really a pub with rooms on top...no breakfast no meals...needs a decent amount of money spent on it uo bring it up to a standard..

Bed uncomfortable and cheap...no breakfast or meals..noise from other guests as rooms are too close together..decor tired and depressing...wouldn't class it as a hotel it's misrepresented they are rooms above a pub..photos of property are deceiving.

Really great location and we had a sea view, which was lovely. The hotel is dog friendly, which was a nice bonus. The hotel is not luxurious but it was clean and functional and great if you have a dog. There are plenty of bars and eateries nearby or within a short walk.

Parking is not great. You can park overnight in nearby bays 8pm to 8am and for 2 hours during the day.

Great place to stay right on the sea front and close to pubs cafes and restaurants And close to explore The Gower

Very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Fantastic location, great for the 6.30am walk with the dog. Lovely hanging baskets.

The property really needs updating. Outside needs a tidy up & a fresh paint. No breakfast which wasn’t stated. Sink in bathroom way too small. A bath/shower mat would be better than the disposable one. Parking an issue.
