OYO Gran Canaria Hotel

Just seen the owner who looks like looking after his hotel Nice man trying his best to make me feel good

Repeat customer love the man that owns it. He is a proper gentleman We had a problem with the tv and because he couldn’t sort it there and then he moved us . Great customer service

Liked it all . Been to the hotel before so really enjoyed the second visit Had a small problem with the tv so was moved to a sea view room lovely

Very good location right next to the beach and within walking distance to other beaches like Sunny Sands, the Harbour, the Leas Nature Reserve, the city centre. The owner Cesar is really nice and makes every effort for you to be comfortable. Spacious rooms with stunning views. Thick walls so quiet rooms.

The hotel is a bit tired, we had two family rooms and both had a very comfortable bed and the other not so much. But I think very acceptable for the price you pay.

Location near harbour

Handmade bed, sockets coming out of wall stained disguting dirty bedding and disgusting/rude customer service when you complain you get told oh well it wasn't one of our best rooms we were fully booked. They wasn't when we booked it or arrived

I booked 4 days in advance. and they accepted my booking and took the money from my bank. I drove 2 hours there at 9pm with my 5 year old and 2 year old. They wouldn't let me check in even though they emailed me an hour before that the room was available waiting for me. I had no idea what was going on. The receptionist blamed the Booking.com app and the booking app blamed the hotel for accepting outside guests. In the end, me and my 2 kids had to wander outside and sleep in the car all night because there was no hotel. I was so angry and will never come back again. They scammed customers

The owner was very very friendly. And loved our Seaview from hotel room

Being woken up at 6am with firearms going off due to someone smoking in one of the rooms

The owner is so helpful and can’t do enough to help you. Good value for money and lovely view of the sea
