Location good and staff (manager?) was helpful. Place was clean enough.

The place was tired. Bedroom furniture old. TV didn't work. It was a bit drab and the private car park at rear was a bit hit and miss. Preferred parking out in main road at front.

Staff is not good . The receptionist the old man talk me me very raughly and he said me your not book the room .. i came with my wife my brother and my 2 years old baby and the receptionist guys waste our almost 1 hour and told us you haven’t paid room rent even i had the profe of room booking conformation email and also bank statements which was I paid for room rent and they guys told me we have no room and you go another hotel other was i call the police. So thats why i not happy with your hotel services… thank you so much
