Sylvis Hostel Chiangmai

The staff are fantastic and welcoming. The room was clean and they plan activities. The bartender is amazing and so friendly.

The bed was very firm, so even by Thai standards

The dormitory’s beds are a nice little wood built cubicle with a private light and an outlet. The staff were very nice and welcoming.

Bathroom could be more clean. As a couple, the hostel experience was not for us and we chose to cut short our stay.

Facilities were super clean and well maintained, close to stamps backpackers for the social events Good social area downstairs and a bar the cats are cute

The double bed dorms have too many people, had some drunk idiot fall from his top bunk onto mine, he kept leaving and entering the room about 15 times between 2-6 am, he let in one of the hostel cats and it terrified me in the night when I woke up to it next to my head Not the hostel’s fault but soured my experience! I had to leave early and check in to a hotel The beds are super hard

Staff were really welcoming and friendly. Dorms & showers were clean and maintained in the ladies although my boyfriend said needs up dating in the men’s showers and toilets but wasn’t that bad. The highlight of our trip was the two cats they had, one of them liked to come inside the dorms (so let her in!!!) she’s super friendly & loves a cuddle

Really comfortable and massive private room. Excellent for a couple - not a party hostel but still good atmosphere and quiet after midnight. Great location, really good value for city. The staff put a lot of effort into making the hostel a welcoming and fun environment.

Can’t fault it for the price point!

Everything was amazing! It’s my first time staying at a hostel I loved it so much Made many friends! 10/10 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The bedsare hard, but everything else is perfect!

Staff were amazing love the group chats. Makes it super easy to connect with fellow travellers.
